New Positions Appointed
The Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum has recently gained two full time employees into the team, making it a 'full house' again.
The two new positions of Public Programs Officer and Support Services Officer were advertised in October this year and positions filled in November.
Bronwyn Roper has filled the role of Public Programs Officer. She has a degree in Museum Studies and previously worked at the Workshops Rail Museum in Ipswich, volunteered at the Queensland Police Museum and is currently studying History at the University of Queensland.
Support Services Officer, Crystal Johnson, completed her certificate III, Business Office Administration traineeship with Gladstone City Council in 2002. After her traineeship she enjoyed a stint in tourism, whilst also volunteering at the Gallery/Museum, before being appointed full time.
Both look forward to working with the community and contributing to the diversity of the Gallery/Museum's exhibtions and events.
