We also introduce our audiences to cultural content from other regional and national centres to continue to broaden their knowledge and experiences.

Inside / Out: Mapping spiritual journeys is a curated exhibition of original prints by Inkmasters Cairns Inc. members - Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and non-indigenous artists. The prints were all created as a response to the bi-horn shape of the metal breast plates, or "king plates", introduced in Australia by Sydney colonial Governor (Gub’a) Lachlan Macquarie (1815 - 1832)

A look back to 1986 at the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum, when the first artist-in-residence placement was filled by Barbara Zerbini. An exhibition was held at the end of her six month engagement and the Gallery & Museum acquired a number of works created during this period.
