About the course
In this course local artist and experienced art tutor Marion Hughes will teach you how to work with watercolour and ink, while creating beautiful scenes of wildlife and nature. You will learn rules of composition, how to draw your subject and techniques to depict feathers and fur. At the end of the course you will use your knowledge and new skills to create a finished artwork.

In this course CQ artist Jacky Chan will show you how to sketch the urban landscape from observation as well as construct it from photographs. You will learn how to sketch the built environment, from introduction to linear perspective and basic architectural styles to completing a finished drawing.

In this course local award-winning artist Ping Carlyon will teach you how to create a portrait using watercolour over 8 weeks. You will discover how to tackle skin and hair texture, sketch, draw and paint mouth, nose and eyes.
