SUNfest 2019 Silversmithing

Age group: 15 to 17 years of age

Level: Beginner to intermediate

What's provided: Materials and equipment

Bring: Water bottle, morning tea, lunch, wear enclosed shoes and art clothes

In a rare opportunity, for ages 15 to 17 years, spend two days in the cool comfort of the Gallery & Museum, during Silversmithing, with Flying Arts Alliance's specialist, Clare Poppi.

A Queensland College of Art sessional lecturer, Clare's will guide participants to design, practice in copper then, create in silver, two artworks (pendant, earrings, keyring or ring) to take home.
