Young actors from local schools (aged 11 - 17) are invited to attend workshops with Bryan Nason and Beryl Wood’s Bunbury Players, as they prepare to be part of "All The Word's A Stage".
Two performances of the Shakespearian-themed live shows will be held at the Gallery & Museum 7pm, Thursday 26 February and 7pm, Friday 27 February 2015 thanks to DeparturePoint and the Gladstone Regional Council.

Special Guest Performer and Tutor:
Bryan Nason, AM B.Sc, Dip.Ed, Hon D.Litt (UQ)
Bryan Nason has been one of the pioneers of professional live theatre in Queensland, and has been an actor, director and writer for over fifty years. He became Founding Director of the Grin & Tonic Theatre Troupe in 1970 and has performed in numerous Shakespearian plays in both Brisbane and Sydney. Mr Nason has received many prestigious awards for Grin & Tonic’s dedication to theatre including an ‘Honorary Doctorate of Letters’ from the University of Queensland, a ‘Centenary Medal’ for services to the Arts in Australia, and a ‘Member of the Order of Australia’ for services to the Performing Arts.
