The Gladstone Arts Council Inc is delighted to be able to present Green Scenes 2009: Environmental Short Film Festival, held in conjunction with the Gladstone Regional Council's annual EcoFest celebrations.

Individuals and groups are invited to submit their short film, no more than 3 minutes in length, to be in the running for some fantastic prizes.
