SUNfest Committee calls for Expressions of Interest
The Gladstone Regional Council's annual youth holiday program SUNfest is heading into another exciting season of fun activities for January 2014 and are calling for Expressions of Interest from qualified instructors to present activities during this high profile event.
Expressions of Interest can be submitted until 4pm Monday, 2 September 2013 and are available from the Gallery/Museum, as well as Council Libraries and Offices, or download one here.
SUNfest was initiated in 1998 as a result of the Gladstone City Council's Youth Needs Study that recognised the lack of low cost activities and opportunities for youth in the region.
This extremely popular festival now provides over 100 activities for around 2500 people,annually
Supported by local business and industry, SUNfest 2014 will be held from Monday 6 January until Friday 17 January 2014 and is the hottest place to be during the Summer holiday break.
