SUNfest 2016 Calling for Expressions of Interest
Gladstone Regional Council's annual youth holiday program SUNfest, is working towards another exciting festival for January 2016 and the organising committee is calling for Expressions of Interest from qualified instructors to present activities during this high profile event.
Expressions of Interest can be submitted until 4pm Tuesday, 1 September 2015 and are available from the Gallery & Museum, as well as Council libraries and offices, or download one below.
SUNfest was initiated in 1998 as a result of the Gladstone City Council's Youth Needs Study that recognised the lack of low cost activities and opportunities for youth in the region.
This extremely popular festival now provides over 100 activities for around 2500 young people, annually.
Supported by local business and industry, SUNfest 2016 will be held from Monday 11 January until Friday 22 January 2016 and will be the hottest place to be during the Summer school holiday break.
