Celebrating Sports in the Gladstone Region

From as early as 1902 when the sailors of HMS Torch won a novel cricket match against a team of Gladstone ladies (then lost a rematch a month later!), sports have played an important role in our social community.

This exhibition features photographs, stories and memorabilia which celebrates the Gladstone Region’s sporting history from the 1900’s – to today.
