2011 Intercity Images: Sister Cities Gladstone and Saiki Images

Joint display of Japanese and Australian photographs by Saiki and Gladstone Region citizens.

Gladstone Region's 2011 Intercity Images have returned from their trip to Saiki City where they spent time alongside images selected from Saiki's photographers and now in celebration of the Gladstone Multicultural Festival, the combined exhibition is on display for all to enjoy.

During a special event Monday night August 8, the Gladstone Region photographers whose images were selected for the display, will be presented with certificates of appreciation, signed by the Mayor of Saiki City, acknowledging their efforts.

Intercity Images is a Gladstone Saiki Sister City Advisory Committee initiative assisted by the Queensland Alumina Limited and the Gladstone Regional Council and will be on display until September 10.
