A first for SUNfest! Judith Bohm-Parr from Studio 8 Glass will present a range of fused glass workshops. Create your own designer jewellery piece in glorious fused glass. This workshop will have you creating earrings, pendants or bracelet components that will be truly unique. No experience necessary, samples will be provided and glass will need to be picked up the following day after being fired
Have fun and create a portrait of yourself, a family member or movie star using coloured fused glass. Several techniques will be available to try; layering glass powder, fused mosaic or cut scrap glass all in glorious colour.

Create an art installation: A Flood-proof Town of the Future.
Join local artist Rosemary Anderson at the Gallery & Museum in an exciting event that will run in conjunction with Rosemary's flood installation: We'll Be Ready For It Next Time. Students will use some of the same materials used in Rosemary's installation to create a "flood proof town" of the future.
