Good Times with Emma Thorp

Turning fond family memories into contemporary art


Join touring artist Emma Thorp for an afternoon of artistic exploration as she guides you through the process of turning your family memories into contemporary art pieces. 


12pm-4pm, Saturday, 2 April 

$20 per person, includes all materials and light lunch

Age 16+


Using photographs that you provide (hard copy or digital) Emma will guide you through the pathways that she uses to imbibe her own artworks with special emotional and colour links to create meaningful personal artworks. 

Participants will receive individual instruction on artistic techniques and will be working with mixed media to create an artwork on archival paper to take home (to be completed at home if necessary). 

Previous artistic experience is not required, just a high level of interest and artistic curiosity. 





In line with the health directive, all visitors will be required to provide proof of vaccination (if they are 16 years or older) on entry.
People with medical exemptions, and can provide the relevant proof, will also be permitted entry.
