Artist Biography Workshop

Artist biographies are an important tool for artists of any creative discipline to promote themselves and their work. Join arts consultant Olivia Everitt in this hands-on workshop to learn how to write a professional artist biography and have your professional headshot taken by local photographer.
This workshop will cover:

• The key ingredients of an artist's biography, including useful templates, resources and case studies
• Creating different versions of your biography
• Other promotional tools to accompany your biography

Participants will have the opportunity to create a draft artist biography during the workshop and receive feedback. 

This workshop is suitable for artists and creative practitioners of any discipline - visual art, performing arts, music, dance, literature, photography, videography, and more.
