Gladstone Regional Council Seeking Applications

Local arts and cultural groups and individuals, are invited to submit an application for financial support during Round Two 2016-2017 of the Gladstone Region Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF).

The RADF is a partnership between the Queensland Government and Gladstone Regional Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.

A locally based RADF Committee has the role to assess the applications received, in accordance with the RADF Guidelines, making recommendations to Council if a submission meets the criteria and is eligible for funding.

There are six funding categories and four local priorities identified for applicants to consider. Funding is available for short-term projects that commence after June 6. Applicants are encouraged to read the guidelines carefully and submit their application by 4pm Friday, April 28.

Application forms and guidelines are available at Council offices, venues and libraries, as well as online at http://gragm.qld.gov.au/radf

"Don’t be daunted by the forms," said RADF Liaison Officer, Di Paddick.

"There's plenty of help available to guide you through the process."

If you've got a project in mind and would like assistance with the preparation of your funding submission please contact Cultural Projects Supervisor Di Paddick, by phoning 4976 6766 or email gragm@gladstone.qld.gov.au
