Artful Yoga is back!

Enjoy Yoga in the Gallery amongst this yearโ€™s Rio Tinto Martin Hanson Memorial Art Award Exhibition.

Yoga Instructor Anita Rienks (Owner and Instructor, Railway Shala โ€“ Yoga Studio) will provide two more free โ€˜Artful Yogaโ€™ sessions this year.

These sessions are for anyone wishing to experience the mindful practice of yoga to enrich a healthier mind and body - no experience necessary!
