ANDY WARHOL ACTIVITY DAY!

The Queensland Art Gallery's Andy Warhol Summer Festival will be celebrated at the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum with a day of free kids' activities on Saturday January 19, 10.30am - 2.30pm.

Local residents can enjoy a selection of Andy Warhol Summer Festival activities without leaving town.

Children aged 3 to 12 years are invited to explore Andy Warhol's interests, techniques and styles through activities such as Andy Warhol and the Alphabet, My Favourite Toy, the animated Warhol's World quiz, Time Capsules, and the Warhol Money Making Machine.

There will be a competition and prizes to be won, including the chance to display an entry on the Queensland Art Gallery's website.

The Festival coincides with the 11-day Andy Warhol Summer Festival at Brisbane's Queensland Art Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art from January 18 to 28.
