NAIDOC 2025
This exhibition celebrates the rich cultural heritage and the diverse practices of First Nations peoples.
Featuring works on loan from local artists, curated items from the Gallery and Museum's permanent collection, and showcasing two short films from The Tjanpi Desert Weavers, Tangki (Donkey) and Kukaputju (The Hunter) which blend tradition with contemporary storytelling, this is a dynamic and culturally immersive display.
Gladstone Regional Council is proud to foster a culture of inclusion and connection; acknowledging that our communities are stronger and richer when diversity is embraced.
Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land, the Bailai, the Gurang, the Gooreng Gooreng and the Taribelang Bunda people. We pay respect to their Elders past, present and emerging.
