2022 Our Priceless Past

Immerse yourself in the stories and beloved memorabilia of seven local Special Seniors.

Nominated Special Seniors are over 70 years of age and have lived in the area for over 30 years.

Selected students from Rosedale State School interviewed the Seniors and prepared their stories to celebrate Seniors Month in Queensland.

Cultural Sensitivity Warning 

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander viewers are advised that this exhibition contains images and voices of deceased persons.

2022 short film series

Inspired by the Our Priceless Past 2022 stories by selected Rosedale State School students, the short film project features a series of short films created by local filmmakers Wezzy Crüze, and Photopia Studio, who have worked with participating Special Seniors to share their treasured memories. The films premiered at Gladstone Cinemas, Thursday, 24 November 2022.
