Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum (GRAGM) selects exhibition in several strategic ways that reflect community desires and tourism drivers, while maintaining our commitment to growing and developing regional creative talent. We also introduce our audiences to cultural content from other regional and national centres to continue to broaden their knowledge and experiences.

A display of First Nations creative arts highlighting the personal journey of the artist, Gordon Lister.
From the Bush to the Sea showcases traditional art practices as well as more contemporary approaches.

An annual display and an initiative of the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery and Museum Society, supported by the late society patron, Mr Cyril Golding (1920–2012). The exhibition offers young artists aged 15-18 years the unique opportunity to display their artwork in a professional gallery space.

An investigation into the colonial frontier and the relationships formed between the artists ancestors, both wadjin (white women) and yinarr (Gamilaraay women) delineated by their relationships to the land and water.
Working across textiles, ceramics, and photography, Debbie Taylor-Worley juxtaposes colonial and indigenous histories, celebrating the enduring strength of all women in her family.
An assemblage of sculptures, digital prints, and cyanotypes which artfully delves into the intricate interplay between the natural world and human creations, emphasising the profound cycle of these objects.
