Vote Now for Your Favourite Golding Showcase Artwork!

There is still time to vote for your favourite submission in the 13th Annual Golding Showcase: Port Curtis and Callide Valley Youth Art Exhibition.

Visitors are invited to choose an artwork which will become the face of next year's Golding Showcase and featured on publicity materials ranging from opening night invitations to posters distributed to businesses around the region.

The People's Choice allows one young artist to raise their profile in the community through the use of their work on publicity materials.

Jessica Reilly's Star-doku was chosen as the people's choice in 2006.

Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum Society's patron, Mr. Cyril Golding, continues to support young artists in the region by sponsoring the Golding Showcase and the Society Bursary. Mr Golding's ongoing generosity enables both initiatives to be offered again in 2007.

The Golding Showcase will be on display at the Gallery/Museum until 5pm Saturday, 8 September.
