The 2009 Celebrate Australia Primary School Art Competition is in full swing with young artists from all over the Gladstone Region flexing some creative muscle to tell us 'who and what' they think makes Australia great.

Entries close at 5pm Friday 19 December 2008 and winners will be announced on stage at the Gladstone Marina during Council's Australia Day celebrations.

Gladstone Region Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) Round Closes

The Gladstone Region Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) current funding round has closed.

The RADF Committee will meet to discuss the applications received and sucessful applicants will be announced on Wednesday 22 October 2008.

A cheque presentation ceremony will be held at the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum following the announcement.

The next round of funding will close 30 March
