Artful Yoga is back!

Enjoy Yoga in the Gallery amongst this year’s Rio Tinto Martin Hanson Memorial Art Award Exhibition.

Yoga Instructor Anita Rienks (Owner and Instructor, Railway Shala – Yoga Studio) will provide two more free ‘Artful Yoga’ sessions this year.

These sessions are for anyone wishing to experience the mindful practice of yoga to enrich a healthier mind and body - no experience necessary!

As part of Gladstone Regional Council's virtual Seniors Week celebrations, five Artful Yoga for Seniors videos were created so you can enjoy the benefits of Yoga from home!
