Craig Walsh: Digital Odyssey

HOME Project with Hiromi Tango

-

The Gladstone community is invited to view the mesmerising large-scale projection artwork Humanature and Incursion by media artist Craig Walsh, and the collaborative projection installation HOME, created with the community and artist Hiromi Tango.

A shop-front in Library Square has been transformed by Craig's motion-picture Incursion, which gives the illusion that the building is being flooded with water and large fish! Incursion screens of an evening from September 28 until October 9, in Goondoon Street.

A special addition to the upcoming Beach Arts Music (BAM) event is Craig's digital imagery Humanature, which will project onto the trees of Millenium Esplanade, transforming them into a mesmerising display. Visitors to the event are also invited to be photographed as part of Craig's national project Who's Average. Screening this Saturday October 2.

View the HOME project, created by Craig and Hiromi, in collaboration with the Gladstone community at the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum from 1 - 23 October.
